What Is NAT (Network Address Translation)?
A technology that lets multiple devices share a single public IP address.
NAT allows an entire local network (e.g. every device in a home) to share a single public IP address toward the internet, internally translating each device's private address. This also helps conserve available IPv4 addresses.
