In order to establish and maintain an active VPN connection, our infrastructure temporarily processes the public IP address of your connection.

K1VPN's philosophy is built on minimising the data that exists in our systems.

to a specific user after their connection has ended.

Our goal is to design our systems so that data which could compromise user privacy does not exist in the first place.

Privacy is not an optional feature of K1VPN. It is a fundamental design principle of our service.

We use specialist payment providers to manage subscriptions and payments.

At the time of writing this policy, our primary payment provider is Stripe.

When you make a purchase or activate a subscription, certain information is processed directly by Stripe, including:

Activating the trial period may require registering a valid payment card through Stripe.

K1VPN operates internationally and uses technology providers active in different countries and jurisdictions.

As a result, some limited information may be processed outside your country of residence. Examples include:

K1VPN may receive requests from courts, government bodies, law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities or other entities with lawful authority to make requests.

Each request is reviewed individually in accordance with applicable law, our legal obligations and the data protection principles we apply.

However, due to our strict no-logging policy, K1VPN does not possess information about:

• - DNS queries,
• - connection durations,
• - VPN activity logs,
• - VPN IP addresses assigned to users,
• - bandwidth usage.

In many cases, the information requested simply does not exist in our systems.

K1VPN does not create or retain data solely in anticipation of future requests from third parties.

K1VPN may periodically publish separate Transparency Reports.

These reports may include aggregate data relating to:
