Most people never read the Terms of Service of a service.

We understand that.

That's why we've tried to write K1VPN's Terms of Service in as simple, clear and understandable a way as possible.

In each section you'll find a short summary first, followed immediately by the detailed explanation.

The summaries are designed to help you quickly understand the content of each section.

However, the full provisions that follow constitute the official and binding Terms of Service of the service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website, applications and services provided by K1VPN LLC ("K1VPN", "we", "us").

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or using any K1VPN service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must not use our services.

K1VPN provides Virtual Private Network (VPN) services, as well as related applications, software, technological infrastructure and auxiliary services relating to VPN operation.

The service allows users to encrypt their internet traffic and route their communications through K1VPN's servers.

K1VPN operates in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on our website, which also covers the No-Logs Policy in detail.

An account is required to use K1VPN's services.

When registering you may be asked for:

• - email address,
• - username,
• - password,
• - payment details for paid services or trial access.

The user is solely responsible for:

• - maintaining the confidentiality of their password,
• - managing access to their account,
• - all activity carried out through their account.

Selling, transferring or granting accounts to third parties without prior written consent from K1VPN is not permitted.

You must notify us immediately if you:

• - suspect unauthorised access,
• - lose control of your account,
• - notice suspicious activity.

K1VPN is not liable for damage resulting from inadequate protection of access credentials by the user.

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend accounts where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach or abuse.

K1VPN may offer free trial access of up to 48 hours.

Activating the trial period requires:

• - Creating an account,
• - Registering a valid payment card,
• - Accepting these Terms.

Your access to the K1VPN network is full and without any restrictions, exactly as for paying customers.

We ask for a valid card solely to prevent abuse. No charge is made, not even after the trial period ends. You will need to actively choose an access package yourself.

K1VPN reserves the right to restrict or reject trial periods where abuse or an attempt to circumvent the trial programme is detected.

K1VPN's services are provided either through subscription plans or via a one-time purchase of access time through your dashboard.

By purchasing a subscription plan (e.g. annual), you authorise K1VPN and its associated payment providers to charge your chosen payment method in accordance with the selected plan (e.g. every year).

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each subscription period unless auto-renewal is disabled before the renewal date.

Subscription management, including cancellation of auto-renewal, can be carried out very easily through your account dashboard, in the 'Billing' section. See here how to cancel your subscription.

K1VPN reserves the right to modify:

• - subscription prices,
• - available packages,
• - plan durations,
• - service features.

Any price changes will apply only to future charges and renewals.

Users will be notified in good time where required by applicable law.

Payments for K1VPN services are processed through third-party payment providers including Stripe. Full details on how payment data is handled are in our Privacy Policy.

K1VPN does not store full credit or debit card details.

Transactions are also subject to the terms and policies of the relevant payment provider.

K1VPN offers full, free trial access before purchasing any package, whether a subscription or a one-time access time package.

The free trial is designed so that users can fully evaluate the service before making any payment. Full details in the Free Trial Terms.

K1VPN grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use its services for personal or professional use, in accordance with these Terms.

The service may be used for:

• - protecting privacy,
• - secure internet access,
• - encrypting internet traffic,
• - remote working,
• - using public Wi-Fi networks,
• - protection against data interception,
• - any other lawful activity.

Use of the service must at all times comply with the laws applicable to the user.

K1VPN permits the use of P2P, BitTorrent and other data-sharing technologies.

K1VPN does not monitor or evaluate the content transferred through these protocols.

Users remain solely responsible for compliance with:

• - the laws of their country,
• - the laws of the country in which they are located,
• - the intellectual property rights of third parties,
• - any other applicable legal obligation.

Use of K1VPN for the following is prohibited:

K1VPN aims to provide high-quality services to all its users.

Although we do not apply pre-set data usage limits, we reserve the right to take reasonable technical measures when specific use:

• - threatens the stability of the network,
• - disproportionately affects other users,
• - causes serious operational problems,
• - creates security risks.

Such measures may include temporary restrictions or other actions deemed necessary to maintain normal service operation.

K1VPN may offer an Affiliate Program.

Affiliates are required to promote the service accurately, transparently and in compliance with applicable law.

The following are not permitted:

• - misleading advertising,
• - false claims,
• - spam,
• - infringement of third-party trademarks,
• - creating fake accounts to obtain commissions.

K1VPN reserves the right to cancel commissions obtained in breach of these Terms.

All intellectual property rights relating to the website, applications, software, graphics, logos, trademarks and content belong to K1VPN LLC or their rightful owners.

These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to users.

Copying, modifying, reproducing or commercially exploiting the content without prior written permission is not permitted.

K1VPN reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate accounts where:

• - these Terms are breached,
• - there is abuse of the service,
• - there is fraud or attempted fraud,
• - there are serious security grounds,
• - required by law.

Where practically possible, we will endeavour to act in a manner proportionate to the nature of the breach.

K1VPN reserves the right to add new features, modify or withdraw existing features, and change the technical characteristics of the service.

Scheduled maintenance, security upgrades and technical interventions may also take place.

While we make every reasonable effort to maintain service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation 100% of the time.

VPN service operation depends on third-party network providers, data centres, cloud providers and internet infrastructure not controlled by K1VPN.

As a result, service interruptions, increased latency, technical malfunctions or connectivity issues may occur.

K1VPN is not liable for events beyond its reasonable control.

K1VPN's services are provided "as is" and "as available".

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, K1VPN disclaims all express or implied warranties, including without limitation:

• - warranties of merchantability,
• - fitness for a particular purpose,
• - uninterrupted operation,
• - availability of specific servers or locations,
• - compatibility with any device or software.

K1VPN does not warrant that the service will always be available or error-free, nor that use of the VPN will always circumvent geographical restrictions or technical measures imposed by third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, K1VPN, its officers, employees, partners and representatives shall not be liable for:

• - indirect damages,
• - loss of profits,
• - loss of data,
• - loss of business opportunities,
• - business interruption,
• - loss of reputation or revenue,
• - damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

In any event, K1VPN's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for K1VPN's services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If the user has not paid any amount to K1VPN, total liability shall not exceed USD 100 or the equivalent amount provided under applicable law.

The user assumes full responsibility for:

• - use of their account,
• - activities carried out through it,
• - compliance with the laws applicable to them,
• - compliance with these Terms.

The user agrees not to use the service in a manner that breaches laws, regulations, third-party rights or intellectual property rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless K1VPN, its officers, employees, partners and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs or legal expenses arising from:

• - breach of these Terms,
• - unlawful use of the service,
• - infringement of third-party rights,
• - use of your account.

K1VPN is not liable for delays or inability to provide services due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation:

• - natural disasters,
• - war,
• - terrorist acts,
• - government actions,
• - power outages,
• - network failures,
• - large-scale cyberattacks,
• - third-party service outages.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any rights mandatorily provided by the laws of the user's country of residence continue to apply where required by law.

In the event of a dispute between a user and K1VPN, the parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute out of court before resorting to legal proceedings.

The user may first contact us at so the matter can be examined and a practical solution sought.

K1VPN reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.

For material changes, the last-updated date will be refreshed and, where required by applicable law, users will be notified.

Continued use of the service after the amended Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the changes.

These Terms of Service, together with:

constitute the entire agreement between the user and K1VPN regarding the use of the services.
