What Is Packet Loss?
When some of the data sent over a network never reaches its destination.
Packet loss occurs when chunks of data are lost during network transfer, usually due to congestion, faulty equipment, or an unstable connection. It causes choppy audio/video in calls and streaming, and lag in online gaming.
