How Can I Change My Plan?
Guide to changing your K1VPN subscription plan.

The only real reason to change your subscription plan is to get up to 60% off compared to the standard monthly rate. You can check the current prices of our available plans on our pricing page or inside your dashboard under "Billing".
The process is extremely simple and takes less than a minute.
Step 1: Log In to Your Dashboard
The username/password to log in to your dashboard are the email and password you provided during registration. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login page and create a new one.
After logging in to the dashboard, select the "Billing" card.
Step 2: Choose Your New Plan
At the top of the screen you will see the status of your current subscription and the automatic renewal date.
A bit further down you will see the available "upgrade" options, as shown in the image below.
Simply select the package you want and activate it. That's it. The "upgrade" is exactly the fact that you can enjoy the exact same top-tier service while paying much less money.
Note 1: You cannot "downgrade" from a longer-duration (and therefore cheaper) plan to a shorter-duration (more expensive) plan. If you want to do this, you must first cancel your subscription and wait for the current plan to expire. Once it expires, it will not renew automatically, and you will be able to choose any other plan you want, either a subscription or a one-time charge with no auto-renewal, e.g. weekly. In accordance with our Terms of Service, no refunds are issued.
Note 2: When you change your plan, the remaining balance of the shorter-duration plan is automatically offset against the price of the longer-duration plan, so you are only charged the difference. In simple terms, if you have, for example, a monthly subscription and want to switch to an annual one, and you have used only 15 out of 30 days, then the amount corresponding to the unused 15 days will be deducted from the annual package price. For example, if the monthly subscription costs 9.99 EUR and the annual one 59.88 EUR, you will be charged 59.88 - 4.98 = 54.90 EUR.
